Gerald Lange has twenty years experience of legal recruitment nationally. He is qualified lawyer with private practice and corporate experience. For four and a half years, he led the legal recruitment and career development programme for a national recruitment company in Auckland and, in that capacity, recruited solicitors for a very diverse range of multinationals and nationally recognised corporates.

Gerald has appointed solicitors, up to and including partnership level, in most of the national and many urban provincial firms - as well as CEOs / GMs, Practice Managers and more diverse roles such as a National IS Manager, and National Marketing Manager for a large national firm.

He also advises firms in terms of practice restructuring, mergers and succession planning.
